Unassisted Births by choice can be a beautiful and spiritual experience, offering the woman an opportunity to connect with her body and her partner on many levels from inception to the birth. Each individual’s experience is unique and can be benefited by proper diet and excercise.

Spent a few hours in Malibu, California at Gladstone’s with Producer Rich Mbariket… Shot a “Thank You” video for ‘The Selina Ray Show’, went over ideas for upcoming shows and walked the beach! You can see it was overcast… Perfect temperature for me!
